1. Service provider information

Service provider information under Art. 3 of Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce:

2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to all pages under the turkuazpayroll.com domain. By continuing to use the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Site content and service contracts

The site is intended to present Turkuaz Payroll services. No service is purchased and no contract is concluded through the site. Payroll and related services are provided under a separate written service agreement and data processing agreement whose scope and terms are agreed by the parties. Quotation forms and correspondence are not binding offers or commitments until a written contract is signed.

Tasks that by law may only be performed by certified public accountants (e.g. electronic submission of tax returns) are carried out by our contracted SMMM partner under Law No. 3568.

4. Informational content

Blog posts and other site content are for general information only and do not constitute legal, financial or tax advice. Rates, amounts, deadlines and legislation change frequently. Before acting on the content, check the current legislation or consult an expert. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

5. User obligations

When using the site, you agree to:

• provide accurate and current information in forms and not submit requests on behalf of others without authorisation,
• not use the site for unlawful purposes, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access to systems or run automated queries that overload the site,
• not send your employees’ personal data or special categories of personal data via the contact form or e-mail, and share such data only through the secure channels defined in the service contract.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to the texts, design, logo, the “Turkuaz Payroll” name, images and other content on the site belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Except for short quotations with attribution and a link, the content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

7. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. WhatsApp, public authority websites). We have no control over and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site or from actions taken in reliance on its content. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence or liability under mandatory law. Liability relating to our services is governed by the relevant service agreement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [YETKİLİ MAHKEME, ör. İstanbul (Çağlayan)] have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. The rights of users acting as consumers under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, including applications to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, are reserved.
